Default Window louver Problem PLEASE HELP.

Hey everyone. I got some Xenon Window louvers for my 06 GT a couple of weeks ago.
I installed them EXACTLY as they told me to and cleaned the surface well... even with the stuff they said too.
Now after a couple of weeks I noticed that the back part of the louver seems to be coming off.
Do I have to take the louver completely off and re install it now or what else can I do?
The rest of the louver is REALLY stuck on there so I dont know how to take it off if I have to or what to use to take it off....
If I dont have to do this then could you help me on what to do?

Really dont know what to do but I do know I need help.
Thanks

I'm not sure if this will help you, but If I look at the 3M tape on my 3D Carbon louvers...It seems as if some parts of the louver are not as stuck on as others (to my car). The parts of the louver that are stuck to my car are extremely stuck...so I would never mess with it. I would just leave it until you're almost POSITIVE the thing is coming off soon.

To be honest with you, if you try to remove them I truly believe you will make the situation much worse. You might ruin the paint on your car, the louvers themselves or BOTH. Let's say you DO remove the louvers accordingly, you would then have to remove the 3M tape previously put on your louver and whatever tape stuck on the car. After that, you have to re-apply the tape on the louvers and start the whole prep process over again (on car and louver). The sucky thing is...even if you try your best to make it perfect....IT WILL NEVER BE PERFECT...a month later you will notice another little air gap.

Then again, maybe the gap is huge and it's very bothersome....I guess no one would know unless you post a clear pic of it. Can you do that???

Well the gap is probably almost half an inch wide.. maybe a bit less.
You can clearly see where the 3m tape is messed up in there.
I wonder if I could just fit some more tape down in there... clean the area with a q tip with the junk they said to use... maybe even inside the louver...

Dunno what Im gonna do but I think I need to do something.

what is the 3M tape stuck to? Just glass?
Just remove the whole thing clean it all up reapply some tape and see if it works better.
I know you are supposed to use fishing line to remove the 3M tape. Do you have to heat it up with a hair dryer?

Use a hair dryer to heat up the area of the tape. Use a fishing line to get between the louver and body and/or window. Once the louver is removed, pull off all old tape. It won't stick as well the second time as it did the first time. Use Goo-Be-Gone to clean up all excess tape goo. Use some rubbing alchohol to clean the surface really well. Retape the louver and leave about 1/4 space at the lowest point so water can drain and reapply to the car. This should help take care of your problem.
