Could I run a 5 point harness on stock seats?

Ive got a 06 GT and was wanting to get a 5 point harness, but save my seats. Could I maybe run the shoulder straps between the 2 metal bars on the head rest? and how would I do the lap belt?

Installing 5-points correctly is going to require, as a minimum, modification of your seat cushion for the crotch strap, and custom fabrication in order to install the lap belt and the shoulder straps.

This is a serious safety issue. If you have to ask, you shouldn't be doing it yourself.
