Need some help installing new Sony XAV-A1 headunit in my 06 Tang'

I just bought a Sony XAV-A1 Indash touch screen for my 06 Tang'. I got a really good deal on it. I have the Scosche wiriing harness adapter but I was just wondering what the two smaller harnesses on the shaker 1000 are for. There is the main harness and there are two other smaller harnesses to the left of it. Are the two harnesses needed in order for the shaker 1000 to still work?Does anyone have a 06 Mustang wiring harness diagram/schematics?All and any info will be greatly appreciated.
