I used to love mine as well ... for about the first week.
Now I'm scrambling to get a beater to drive so I can garage this thing over the winter and hopefully get rid of this POS as soon as I can next year.

Ford - never again.

Um ... only posted negativity in 2 threads.
But yeah, I can accept the unlucky part.
My brother's on his 2nd s197 and loves em.
Me on the other hand ... the new Challenger can't come soon enough.

They must have made some BIG changes in the 07 Mustang GT's! I too, have had no problems but for the TSB on the rear end clutch pack. That was no problem, but since it was a free fix, and my dealer gave me another 07 GT to drive for one day to fix my car, I cant bitch!
My hood doesnt move at any speed, like I am allway's hearing about. I have washed my car at least 1000 times I bet and it never leaked anywhere. NO rattles, so shakes, just smooth and fast. Maybe they were just haveing a great day at the Ford plant that day my car was built.

Those Challenger's are going to be bad *** though. If I didn't already buy my Mustang I would definitely consider the Challenger.

A Dodge over a Ford? And you're questioning the quality of Ford? Now that's funny.

Yeah, I remember being worried about quality going from a Honda to a Mazda in 2003!
Was so taken in by the test drive of the 2005 Mustang that quality never occurred to me!
But I see that Mazdaspeed 3 is coming out soon... hmmm, maybe it's back to front wheel drive someday...

Ford will attempt to fix everything 100 times before calling it a lemon or even trying to buy it back...your are better off trading it if you are that unsatisfied..
