driving on IH-35 the most deaths happen on this highway in the US, between dallas and san antonio at least thats what maxim said. glad i didnt add to that #. it was a really loud noise

Know that I-35 well, been stopped on that highway a few times too!!!! That is a suck *** interstate to have something like that to happen on!!!! Totally sux!!!

Are the scratches buffable????

Damm it, I feel your pain!!!! Thats tuff because sometimes its not worth loosing the integrity of the paint by repainting a small area ya know what I mean, especially and opening and closing door!! I hope it doesnt torment you too long!!

We've had something similar happen with our rear window in a Volkswagen Transporter (Eurovan here I think) back when I was in the Netherlands. One of the rear windows just blew to pieces. It couldn't be a rock because it was at the rear of the vehicle.

Turned out to be tensions in the glass and a couple of fittings that went "wrong" from factory.

our windshiled tempted? a big truck threw a piece of rock to my windshiled and it hit so fast but thatnk god nothing happened..

so my question is.. insurance covered or you payed for it ?

i WORK FOR A FORD DEALERSHIP AND GOT A WINDOW FOR 175.00 AND GETTING SOME GUYS TO TOUCH UP THE DOOR WHEN THE GLASS SCRATCHED IT FOR 50 BUCKS MORE.....JUST SOME SMALL SCRATCHES AND 2 OR 3 WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE METAL. BETTER THAN MY PREMIUM GOING UP.
