How bad do lowered Stangs ride?
If you want to be picky then you should change the struts no matter how you lower the car. I didn't change mine and don't see any need to unless they become worn at which time i'll upgrade.
Well anytime you disassemble the front suspension you should get an alignment.
How much are the spindles, there's no price on their site. I wanted spindles for my 99 ranger, but nobody made them[:@].

My experience (own car) is with Steeda UltraLite Springs and for now 17" stock bullit so my personal experience won't really help you here. However, I know the feedback with Eibach is excellent. I will also go with 20" eventually when I find the time to do it so I'd be curious to hear about your experience later.
I'm not sure which American Racing rim you're planning but I think the Shelby Razor look terrific and are a good value.

I agree on checking the alignment also.
I believe they used to list the price and it was around $400, but I could be wrong.
I have the entire E-pro kit with the stablizer bars on my 06 GT and the ride is firm, not harsh, but much better handling. I have 17s to soak up some of the bumps. 20s are going to be harder by the nature of the beasts. If you want great handling, E-Pro works great, if you want looks then you better get something adjustable. I hear Toks on seven gives a decent ride.

I am looking at the American Racing Rogue (in black) since I ordered a Grabber Orange GT. I like the Razor, just wish they made it in black instead of dark gray. Right now I am leaning towards the Eibach Pro from the photo's I've seen with cars w/20's on them. I am a former Corvette (90') owner so I'm used to being bounced around alittle.
I've had the pro kit now for a few months, and either I'm getting used to the firm ride...or it's getting better as the springs set in. With that said, I'm overall pleased with the ride, handling, and the stance after the spring install...it's on the stock 18's right now, will be curious how the 20's ride as I too am thinking of changing wheels.

Like i said above the ride with the Eibach Pro Kit and the Tokico's Shocks/Struts is very nice even with 20's and can be adjusted to suit the ride to the way you want it. I have heard the Steeda Ultra Lites also are very nice. I do know that the Tokico's are a must and sticking with the stock shocks/struts one you lower it is not a good idea. The stock shocks are made to ride in a certain stroke cycle and when you lower the car it takes the shocks out of that area and thus they will wear out faster and not handle the bumps and bounces properly.
As for the Granatelli. No Thanks they sell mostly junk and rip off styles and designs from other companies instead of coming up with ideas of there own. If you gave me a Granatelli product i would throw it away.

I agree with you on not changing the struts right away, I should have been more clear on that. Why not run it, get a feel for it, then later, change them and see what difference you see. If you change everthing at once, it's hard to see what made the improvement. Because the drop spindles don't change the suspension geometry, there would be less need to worry about the struts.

I went with a modest 1.5 lowering spring from FRPP and Im rolling on 20's. My ride actually got better. I agree with not changing struts; not going to until I have to. I didnt get an alignment right away but did need to because the camber was off just a tad. I actually love my set up now but if I go lower then I may have to make other adjustments.
ok, but by "better" you cannot mean softer. Right? You should have somewhat less spring dampening and you have a lot less sidewall; that should equate to firmer. Handling would be better for sure.
