Default Still dont have 300 rwhp

Well, I got my Kooks LT headers, X pipe, and Pulleys put on over the weekend. I also had FRPP 3.73 gears put in as well. So, we had Doug from BamaChips come down for about 12 of us guys for some custom tuning. I guess the automatics still eat up too much HP. I did have some nice gains I guess. I went from 260rwhp (tune & CAI only) to 287rhwp and 300 lb/ft torque And damn is it loud with those LT headers, X Pipe and SLP LMs

geeze i would have figured better with those mods...but like you said the automatic must eat up a bunch of power...I dont have headers yet and i put down 306rwhp on a mustang dyno....those cmcv delete plates will help too!

Hey, a 27 h.p. gain is really good, remember the same car on a different dyno may give you 5% more or 5% less. The real question is, do you feel the car is quicker? I live in the same town as you do and have the same mods except I have 4.10's. Look for me on 94, I'm in the black stang with d.d. and a hood scoop, or look for my buddy on the same road in a silver stang with d.d. and a hood scoop. We'll get together and compare, both of ours are 5 speed manuals. Ours on a dynojet give us 308 h.p. and on a mustang dyno 280 h.p. big difference huh? Just keep modding.

I heard there was a difference for some reason. I wonder which is more accurate? Anyone?

Hey PhatPhil, thanks for encouraging words. Its just number envy But yes, it feels a lot quicker and its much more aggressive and its loud as hell I think I ran into your buddy one night at a gas station off of Zumbehl. He said he has a friend with a Stang thats pretty much like his but black. I live right off Cave Springs. Sounds good about meeting up and comparing. Talk to you later
