I would at least check the A/F readings. With a good tuner you'll make more HP, but not too much with the mod that you have. The biggest thing for you is to make sure your current tune isn't running lean or too rich. Mail order tunes can always be improved with a local tuner. I once a tune that gave me 328hp and toke the car to get a better tune and my current tuner still made 354hp.

If you decide to get a new tune, flash your programmer back to stock first. DO you have SCT or Diablo? SCT you will be able to use with your new tune. With Diablo you WILL have to have Ford flash the PCM back to stock.
I have a Diablo at it saves the stock tune so I don't understand why someone with a Diabol would have to have Ford reflash the PCM?
