Today I called Tire rack because I needed 3 lug nuts for my snow tires. I had purchased a complete set on rims last year. After waiting less than a minute to get through to a rep, I told her that I needed some lug nuts. She looked up my purchase order for those tires and said they will ship a new set of 20 on Monday. NO CHARGE for either the lug nuts or shipping. I will certainly continue to purchase my stuff through them.
I just wanted to share the great customer service which was unlike anything I have become familliar with these days.

 

I have used tire rack many times over the years and 1st class every time!!!!
Nothing but good things even when you just need some info..
