Default New Tires

Not really sure what kind of tires I should be looking at, these nero zeroes are slipping all over the road and my dad said I can get some new tires in a few days. I am guessing my limit is around $700, so what kind of tires would be good for a DD?

What is your buying criteria other than price?

Summer dry only
All season
Wet and dry
Long life
Max lateral traction
Max drag strip traction

With tires, you have to give up performance in one type of driving to get max performance in another type of driving.

If you are on a place that has no snow I really recommend the hankook k104 tires. They are really good for grip with 240 treadwear. Remember the treadwear goes with grip. Higher the treadwear less grip but more durable. Less treadwear = more grip because the tire is made of a softer compound. If where you live doesn´t experience snow steer away from the all season tires @ all.
