I've had mine since August and it has been washed several times with no problems. Of course I never put it through the "big brush" type wash. I have it hand washed once a month, and use the spray wash in between. Looking over my hood I can't see any difference between the paint and the vinyl -- no clearly obvious line. Now when I run my hand over them I can feel the edge. The only time I had any small peel was when I waxed the car and was using the buffer and got a little too close to one of the stripes -- hand rubbing over them is no problem but don't get a powered buffer too close!
