Default Tune question

My brother inlaw has an 05 GT with a C&L CAI and Brenspeed SCT 89 octane tune and he was wondering if the rpm's at idle at about 900 are normal. Also he is getting poorer gas mileage.

I never used the 89 tune, but I know the 93 drag tune Brent has is a little kick in the gas tank wallet for sure...then again I am constantly on it...

For the life of me, I don't know why these tunwers jack up the idle like that!. Especially w an auto there's few things more annoying that sitting at a light and your car is trying to pull away on you. When i ordered my tune from Brent I made sure to tell him to keep the stock idle speeds, which are 720 neutral, 650 drive (auto).

Ok. Thanks. Would Brent have to set the idle, or could I do it from the tuner?

Huh? What drag tune? I got the 87, 91, and 93 with the xcal2 from him. Never heard of a drag tune....
