No info shows up on the radio. Have to navigate with the iPod or other MP3 player. Anything with a headphone jack (..any MP3 player..DVD Player..CD player ) will work with the AUX input. I have a 3rd gen iPod (2003) and a first gen iPod Shuffle.. they work. I also have a two screen portable DVD system for my daughter.. and it works as well. There is nothing like Finding Nemo coming through the Shaker 500

in a nutshell, plugging into the aux port is the equivalent of plugging in your headphones. No more, no less.

Cool. Thanks!
I've seen in the new (non-Mustang) cars that have navigation systems they have what looks like 3 RCA input plugs, usually in the center console. I guess that's for DVD input, but I wonder if it lets the driver watch movies while the car is moving? Not too safe! Did see lots of DVDs and LCD screens in the cars this year. May favorite was in the Lexus 400L, with the extended legroom in the back. 2 screens in the back of the front headrests and the I opened the center console and a drink table pops up and then another compartment opens up that has the remote!
Now I just need to find the 70 grand it'll take to get one!

Then its obviously not the same as the $149 one at Circuit City that gives you control of iPod from radio display

Oh and btw, Ford sells this added AUX input for all of the 05-06 owners in the parts dept. Its wired in through the antenna via a WIRED FM modulator. Supposidly its good quality and costs about 50-60 for the part and an hour in the shop to have them install it. I've lost the part number but if you explain what I just said to the parts manager they should definitely know what your looking for!! ENJOY!!

I'm planning to take some pics of my '07 GT tomorrow; I can take a pic of the AUX port and post it when I do.

BTW, this AUX port also works if you connect it to a satellite radio as well as a PSP. I would imagine that any other MP3 player that has a headphone line out would also work just fine, provided you connect it using the appropriate male to male heaphone cable.
