I have heard that the 2007 mustang models come with the AUX input equipped. Does anyone have a picture of the input? Also, if you have received an '07, please let me know if your Mustang had the AUX Input Jack.

 

My '07 has one. its in the glove box. Its standard equipment.

Yes, I want to see a pic, because some "2007's" at the dealership lacked the input in the glove box.

 

I dont have a camera here at work. The input isnt in the glovebox, its in the center console facing the front of the car.

Mine is in the center console. Yes you can connect your ipod.

 

yes but you will need a cable for the headphone out to rca. They sell them at radio shack for like $5.

Saw many 2007 models at the L.A. Car Show with the plugs. Just think we need to see if the radios will be compatible with the iPods and other players. Will any info from the iPod show up on the radio? Title or track #? I've played several different store bought CDs in the Shaker 500 and no info yet...

 

It will not show info from your Ipod. The connecting cable carries audio only. If you want title and track info you'll need to change out the shaker for an Alpine or Kenwood, etc. Then you'll need a special adaptor. My shaker 500 shows song info from my burned mp3 disks but I havent tried any store bought cd's yet.
