RE: Visual mod ideas to make my car stand out
In CA you can tint the back windows behind the driver as dark as you like, and you can go 30% on the side usually with no issues. Mine are 20% back windows and 30% front.

nothing is wrong with getting style mods, you want your car to look uique. the more you get into it the more mods you will want. rims are cool but and expensive start. cheaper is chin spoiler, quarter pannel louvers or scoops, side scoops.
I have grill inserts, chin spoiler, quarter and side scoops, painter tail, rear blackout panel and gas lid. I just got new rims but no pics yet. oh yeah and my new hood, but that is expensive too.

get rid of that front license plate
get rid of that front license plate
Myself, I hate front plates, but I got stopped numerous times in my old Saturn because I didn't have a front plate for the car. I ended up having to put the plate in the front window so that the cops would stop harassing me, and that was a pain in the @$$. I'd rather not do that in the Stang.

Here's what I'm talking about for the striping, sans the Boss 302 logo, since the GT V8 doesn't really qualify as a 302 motor, and I kinda like the GT logos on the side of the car:

Here's one that's relatively inexpensive, clear corner lens front and back. Then everyone will notice the car's color. Also, I noticed you aready has some nice wheels (althought not very unique by most opinions) Tint is a good one as well! Also different badging that isn't going to be poser. A differnt GT emblem or something different. JMO
