It's just all about power and speed. I can't help it if I'm addicted, I get a big kick out of putting something on my car and feeling a little more power and speed. If I was'nt so damn worried about blowing my motor I'd S/C it, eventually I know I will, but right now I get a big kick out of a little h/p at a time.

I'm the same way, I like feeling each mod individually. And if I ever get the cheese for FI, I'm doing that too!

I am not intending to lower the vehicle. Is there any reason to be concerned about pinion angle when I switch to a one piece drive shaft? Powerhouse says no, but I wanted to check with people who had real world experience.

Has anyone had any vibration or noise issues?

Might want Crazy Al to respond to that one, PowerHouse says no and I think Al disagrees.

Yeah I would definitely like to know too... Crazy Al always gives real good insight, so I would like to know what I should say to Powerhouse when I speak to them about Pinion angle. When I spoke to the guy at Mustang Magic, he said that you don't need to change the pinion angle either so I wouldn't know where to go to get it adjusted if it does. What are the ramifications of not changing the pinion angle?

The PH unit is truly a direct bolt in and there is no need to adjust your angle at all.

Just call Mike at PH. He is a great guy and will always take time out to talk with you and answer questions. I had the PH unit for almost a year before I went to a steel 1-piece and before you ask the only reson I changed is because I have an AOD trans and had to.

There is no better weight reduction than rotating mass weight reduction. I rank a lightweight DS right up there with gears and CAI as a must have for first mods.
