I'd be willing to bet that it is the fuel pump. Especially if you sprayed brake cleaner into the throttle body and it started. It's just not getting any gas. If it was something with the computer, then it wouldn't have started with the brake cleaner. It might not be a coincidence that the fuel pump decided to go out at that same time either. The instructions for the tuner say that you should remove the fuel pump fuse before you put the tune in the car. Some say that's just to keep the fuel pump from running when the tune is installed , but maybe in your case the fuse blew out. I would check the fuse and replace it. If that doesn't work, maybe have the fuel pump replaced. It's definitely a problem with the fuel delivery system though.

When I read the initial post I immediately thought "no fuel delivery". I was going to suggest fuel shutoff switch, but then there would be no reason for that to trip from back of the lot to front of the lot. Considering the instructions for loading the tunes, the fuse idea is probably dead on!
I've got the SCT with the canned SCT tunes, and i just took my car in for the parking brake TSB. I flashed to stock before taking the car in. Since the generic SCT tuner can be used on multiple cars, will it cause this same problem if I try to retune when I get the car back?
