I am 25 with a clean record and I pay 1250 a year for my GT. Geico dropped it by almost 400 a year when I turned 25 so that was great!

I'm with you...I'm 26...

Gotta love that over 25 discount...

I pay $83 a month thru statefarm...$250k liab limits and $250coll and comp deductibles...
that's less than $1000/year! wow that's good...

also of note, I havent had a speeding ticket since highschool and never had an accident (knock on wood)...

Hell we've got 3 cars and pay less than some of you young whippersnappers!
'05 Xterra/'05 mustang GT and '90 Accord all for the bargain price of $183/month!
ORIGINAL: Moses 05GT

Dam! You all are paying more then I expected for car insurance. This is my 2nd 05- I total the first in an accident. I am 27 and that accident was my first anything about 2 years ago. I was paying 102 a month on that GT. Now on the new one I pay 194 and I thought that that was bad... guess not

I am 28 years old, have an 05 GT, and I pay $140 CDN per month. That's everything inclusive too...comprehensive/collision/liability for $1,000,000, etc. Not bad overall actually...I have some friends that pay double or triple that per month for an econo-box with their agents. On top of that, I've had at least 3 speeding tickets in the last 8 years that were 4 points, and over $350 each, as well as some smaller tickets...

My $.02

07alloygt-i have the premium insurance package, so whatever is included on that, all i know is that we put almost everything you can get
i have my insurance through USAA in San Antonio, it is a pretty big city so i guess you have a bunch of factors too

we have all cars on their so i guess that would give us discounts along with all the drivers ed discount and a couple other discounts they stick in there

I was 17 when I got my first car, a 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix SE coupe. I paid over $260 a month for insurance for a long time before it finally started going down. Now I'm 23 and I pay $834/6mo for my insurance.

16yr old with a GT, I would expect $2000/6mo.
