WellI do have a "slight" advantage to that.....hubby is a heavy line tech (and lead tech)atmy dealerso I dont think that will ever be a problem....I could be wrong but I feel pretty good about it!

Perfect! That tells me EXACTLY what I wanted to know...I got the feeling that, looking at people's rides, there weren't all that many good FRPP parts, and so people didn't use them...But seeing the plethora of people using them here, looks like they've got some good stuff that I will consider putting on...

Thanks, guys!

Gears, exhaust, CMCV deletes, and springs are what I've seen the most.

Most FRPs parts are not made by Ford. They sub contract out most of their stuff. Just like when they build the cars it's impossible for them to make every single part. Fact is, they usually have to charge more than if you buy aftermarket parts. They gotta a lot of very cool stuff, but alot if it is very pricey. But, that's what this forum is all about. Finding out what works and how to save a ton of money doing it.

And that's why I ask and read posts. SOMEONE will have the same part I'm looking to install, and will know some of the hangups on the parts, or will have tried it and removed it because they didn't like it.

Now, I just have to find the $$$ to put into the upgrades.
