I dont know about the studs. I dont see why they wouldnt work, but I replaced mine with bolts from the kit.

The stock gaskets are good metal ones. I dont see why they couldnt be reused. Like I said I just installed my kooks with the stock ones. The Kooks kit comes with some felt gaskets that just didnt make me feel confident with them.

It you look at my post about installing the Kooks headers Hawgman said he reused the stock gaskets also.

I dont think u will find that on this car. Mine was in perfect condition. I did bend one slightly taking it out but I got it to flatten back out where I am very confident it will seal.

I am trying to think of a reason the studs wont work but nothing is comming to me. I rounded the small 5mm hex off of 2 of them trying to get them out. So I couldnt have reused mine, but that could have been avoided. I think U will still have to remove the studs to get the headers in. I dont think it will fit into position with all the studs still in the head.

Just be careful and take your time! I don't see any problem with the stock studs but I hear from this forum it is a bitc# to get them out and back in!
