There's this little 1 inch or so plastic piece to the right of the shifter that looks like it can be removed if I stick something in there. Is this what I pop off to get to the rest of the parts? This is bugging me now...and I never drink in my car except for this one stupid time.

Yes, it does pop off, I do have a .pdf of the console removal if you want it. either post or PM me your email and I'll send it to you, I'm not sure how to upload a file like that on here.

Now that I think about it the juice might have been Capri-Sun...you know in those little metal looking containers. Either way I'm an *******. Thanks.

Caution

I hate to say it man but this is the reason that I never drink in my car... hell my woman is lucky if I pick up fast food in my car becasue of the fear of things spilling in it. The center consol arouund the shifter should all just snap out. Sorry to here of the spill and good luck!

Spillage and the fact that you cannot shift the damn thing easily with something in the cupholder without turning your arm into a U.
