Default Can someone please send me a diagram of the automatic shifter assembly?

I need to get the juice out ofthat areaand I don't see the need to remove the whole center console. I also do not want to just spray WD40 everywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated...especially from you Ford tech dudes. Thanks!!

I think so. I'm guessing you can't take apart the pieces above the shifter after looking at this diagram...or am I wrong? I was hoping to not remove the console but in order for me to clean it I think I have to. I just hate taking things apart because it only can cause more damage - in some instances.

What does it mean on #'s 10 & 11 in the diagram where it says 9Nm (80lb-in)??? Thanks for all of your help Bascho!

Nm means "newton meters".....the metric version of inch/lbs or ft/lbs when describing torque.

You can remove the **** from the shifter to allow easier removal of the console. See attachment:

Unfortunately you can't remove the PRND321 bezel from the shifter without removing the console.
