Do you guys think the C&L could be polished or is the finish to rough to pull it off? the JLT and the C&L are pretty close... i dont know which one to go with!

I went with JLT, and am very pleased. Now I'm looking for some rubber trim to go along the top of the heatshield, as seen on the C&L's. Example of pic below. Anyone know where I might find this? I've looked at Napa, Kragen, Lowes, Home Depot....

Thanks

Only Difference is Price and Looks. C&L Looks better but costs more,JLT II can be painted to match the carspaint.

I went with the JLT II because of price but power from both are about the same.

I have the jlt and love it....I'm sure power numbers are the same....but you save 100 bucks! You can get a painted jlt and a plenum cover wit that!!!! Haha IMO

The main difference from what I've read thus far doing some research on the CAI's the JLT II is actually an 88MM opening where as the C&L is 90MM, this is as per a website I found online last night I'll look it up now and repost the link.

But other than that, it's 100 bucks and looks different.

heh it was from www.brenspeed.com, under the intake packages section.

Exactly, take the extra $100 and spend it on another mod.

praztek: try jcwhitney, they have all that stuff.

i too like the look of the way the c&l is fitted to the car, but i like the paint matched thing on the jlt. has anyone painted their c&l to match? i'd like to see that.

btw, those flame plentum and valve covers from that link whoever posted......... those are straight up badass

Well i have the Airraid intake but it's paint matched, so if i had to choose, i would go with the JLT and paint match it, and i like JLT more than C&L
