the only place there ISNT room is where your right knee rests - right on the edge of the center console or whatever you wanna call it.

i would think with the seat in its lowest position and the seat leaned back a click or two you should be ok - but no joke i would consider a convertable so you have tons of room on nicer days

I'm 6'5" @ 225 lbs. I fit in the car well. I havepower seat which has more range than the manual. There is a lot more more room than you think. Someone sells a pad for the center counsole. I only have size 12 1/2 -13 shoes so I have room to heel and toe for shifting.

I'm 6' 4", 250, and I have plenty of room. One thing you might want to consider is finding a shop that can lower the seat (and possibly move back).
