Default Installing Mono Amp

I'm going to be installing a sub/amp later in the week. Not sure where to get the sound input from though.

Do the rear full range speakers have any low crossover cut off? (I'm not sure whether to assume so or not)

Would it be better to tap into the 8" subs post amp behind the dash (I've got the Skipper 500)?

TIA,
Eric

I tapped into my rear speaker wires when I installed my amp/sub. It sounds great and was much easier and cheaper then tapping into the wire in front. All you need is a line output converter to tap the rear speakers which cost about $20 at crutchfield.com
