dude he's totally serious. pushing that in activates the hipo (high performance) mode that gives you 40hp for the GT, 20hp for the V6. it activates something in the ecu that increases hp output, used for testing and racing by ford.

just look behind the spokes of your steering wheel, on the side, and you'll see rubber grommets. push the left one in for hipo mode :-)

 

no way thats hott, i have two one on the right and one on the left, both are pushed in about a half inch or so, i dont think they'll go any further

Thats why my car has been so slow and sluggish!! I didn't have the buttonpushed in. I just thought it was the lack of any real mods.

 

It covers the bolts that hold the air bag in place. You have to remove them to get the steering wheel off.

To get the 20 hp you have to hold both at the same time at WOT.

The HIPO mode is nothing compared to activating the Flux Capacitor underneath the rear seat on the drivers side.
