Do all 05+ Mustangs come with screw hole indentions in the front bumper for license plate placement?

 

nope...the dealer does that for you

All cars/trucks come from the factory with the 2 little dimples. It makes it simple and idiot proof to add a front plate for those states that require it.

If you have large screw holes, then a plate was previously there.

 

Yes, all GT come with Dimples....I told the dealer NOT to install the Plate...and they didnt..I wont put the front plate on, looks like ***...Required by law here, but no issues yet...

 

If you allready have the holes, you can plug them in with small covers available from your local HW store. I painted them Torch red and it is barely noticeable.

 

Yeah all have dimples, although I did get rid of mine along the way.

I noticed that the Shelby GT doesn't have visible dimples... because the stripes cover them!

 

...because the stripes are vinyl. (which is kinda cheezey for a car this pricey; yet I'm glad they're vinyl, in case I buy one, they are coming off right away)

If you look right up close you don't see even the slightest dimple? If not the the dealer is gonna have to drill a fine hole through from the back, not sure there is even room to do this. Unless the dealer just drills 2, 1/4 holes where they think they should and put a nut on the back (which is way too MickeyMouse and a hackjob at best)
