if your eibach springs lowered your car then your pinion angle is off and the adjustable LCA can fix that and they are a good first step with suspension. if it is not lowered I would go with the panhard bar.
I'm assuming you DID lower it with the Eibachsso would agree with the adjustable LCA. If you do the work yourself and have enough left over, as you should, maybe you can get the beefier brake lines. Not enough there for new brakes though...
right now your rear-end is off center from lowering the car - a panhard bar will re-center the rear end.
