After much back and forth I ended up putting in the Infinity Kappa's today. Great decision. Even with the stock Shaker1000 the sound is much improved, and even though I had been warned of excessive highs with the infinity speakers the kappas have the adjustable tweeter so its not that bad. The sound is much improved...I just wish I had read something about mounting the crossovers before I started the install. I didn't bother to check and nearly got the window stuck down when the crossover jammed it up cause I mounted it too far back. Oh well, lesson learned.

 

dynamat your doors and trunk. the stock bass sounds like **** if you ask me, you need to dynamat AND put new speakers everywhere..
