Default Little question about how my bumper is fitting...

I've recently noticed there's a nice size gap between the right side of my rear bumper and the body of the car. Here are some pics:

It's always been a little off on the right size since I bought it back in August (quality Ford manufacturing, I guess), but it seems to me the gap has gotten a little worse than it once was. And now in the winter, I'm especially worried about water getting in there and freezing, and causing problems when the ice expands and pushes stuff apart.

The driver's side is nice and flush with the rest of the body, no problems, it's just this passenger side.

So, is this just a simple matter of loosening up a few bolts and pushing things back into place, or might there be something else to it? I've never done any after-market body panel mods, and I'm not really Mr. Mechanical, so what should I be looking for to tighten up that gap?

Be looking forthe dealer tofix it. If you try to fix it you might mess it up worse. Its their problem. Just some loose or missing push pins I would bet.

Don't do a thing it looks awesome that way. I want mine like that. Just kidding. seriously.. don't touch it. since it is under a year old there is no reason the dealer should not fix it. get them to do it this way you know if anything goes wrong it is their fault.

Not sure about bringing it back to the dealer but I would definitely take it back to the dealer.

I couldn't help but taking a look at least; if it looks easy to loosen bolts I would do that and try to snug it up. A trip to the dealermeans a possibility of other damage. Folks at most dealerships just don't respect owners cars as they should, and they drive around the lot and shop like maniacs. If you feel you need the dealer to make the adjustment then sure go ahead.

Yeah, but 99.9999% of stangs don't have this problem; Should be an easy adjustment; I suspect it was fine when it left the factory but has moved since. With a few bolts loosened it should go right back then retighten.
