No one and i mean "NO-ONE" drives my mustang! Sh_t happens and it usually does when a friend or family member is taking your ride for a spin. Wife can only drive if it's to take me to urgent care or the hospital.........LOL

Sorry for your damages, lesson learned?

I told him he should slow down and asked him if he was okay, but he just kept going.
You asked him if he was ok? Was he drinking? Messing up is one thing, but not slowing down when you told him to is just wrong. I am always very cautious with other people's cars. If i want to feel it under acceleration I do it on a straight section of road AFTER asking if it is ok. In the very few times I let other people drive my cars (long time friend and room mate), they understand the rules before hand.

Yeah, nobody drives my baby either. Thats the best thing about having a stick....none of my degenerate loser friends can drive it. Even if they could, I'd still say no. Still all in all good thing nobody got hurt, there's no replacement for health.

All I can say is WOW!

Is your friend 16 yrs old or a bit retarded maybe? That's just a total lack of respect for you and your car.

So Insurance covers it but you will take the hit when your rates go up due to the claim.

Nobody gets behind the wheel of my car.

glad no one got hurt. your friend sounds like my friends, who
i would never, ever, trust with anything valuable
LMAO TRUE!

i let my buddy drive my turbo 240 one time and i just about freaked out and said never again, he hit boost and the car was going sideways he almost lost it and ran into a ditch, his excuse was "im used to fwd cars" lol

although i occasionally let my girlfriend drive my car if she wants too

I guess age and wisdom haveadvantages.

1) None of my friends would ask to drive my car, they might ask to go for a ride.
2) If they did ask to drive, I'm fairly sure they would drive gently and not beat the hell out of it and certainly not beat the hell out of it to the point of losing control.

Lesson learned for you, dude. Hope the repairs work out well.
