At Car FX here in tulsa, the price is 500$ for fiberglass window scoops and the scoops behind the doors painted and put on. They recommened not going with urethane because they have seen some warping.
So 140$ not to far out of line. Bottom line is that you feel your getting a fair deal. My 2ct.

It normally costs $200-$350 for a reputable place or dealership to paint louvers.

Sounds like a good price to me. My Ford dealer wanted $170 to do mine. I say go for it

OMG, regardless of the ppl that said, "not a bad price". (thanks)
I'll apologize to stangman04, (he sed $140 WTF?, (like he was gettin' ripped) I guess that is too much for his "lil pocket book", and I understand that.
I hope he gets the louvers done for $14.99, that's a "killer" price, but it'll lack quality. I humbly apologizefor even thinking $140 was a fair priceto painthis louvers.
Stangman04,you obviously, know a lot about paint, priming, clearcoat, and installation. Than I do.

I would have a hard time paying that much just for paint. That's why I went with the louvers from wheelskin:
http://wheelskin.com/Merchant2/merch...t_Code=DG-3180

Just $184.99 w/ free shipping that took just one day of transit time!

This site:
http://www.autoaccessory4u.com/0520fomusiqu.html
charges $154.95 PLUS $150 additional for the paint

Just prep the window by cleaning and using rubbing alcohol along the edges where the tape will be going. Immediately after installing mine I grabbed it w/ both hands and could lean backwards with them still attached hard! They've held up to 120mph but I don't know if scoops would do the same
Thanks Bro, thats good info!

04stangman "grow up", that wasn't an apology, it was a tribute as to how immature you are. Your reply to me totally indicates that. Now, practice typing, punctuation, spelling, grammar and how to get your louvers painted cheaply. Now, I'm not gonna look at this thread anymore.

My local Ford dealer wanted $350 to paint and install Roush louvers. I told him he'd have to show me a gun to get that kind of money out of me. I eventuallyhad them painted and put on somewhere else for $140. I thought that was fair - not good or bad.
