Me and my dad are have this arguement. For the new mustangs is the pony package, the two extra two lights on front, are they just for your brights or are they extra fog lights???

 

The pony package V 6 only....are the 2 small lights in the grill....fog or driving lights ..u decide

They can be put on separatly, definitly NOT brights

They do not turn on when you hit the brights. They are controlled seperately via the headlamp switch. You can decide if you when you want to turn them on. Same as the GT fogs/ driving lights.

 

To me they are driving light...As a true Fog light is close to the ground and yellow in color..so i did both..

They are fog lights if they were driving lights they would come on with the brights. This is argued about alot but they are fog light.

They may call them Fog Light, But they are truly NOT a Fog light...

First the color is all wrong, and the location...I Live in a High Fog area and with just these lights on, you cant see any better...They need to be low to the ground and have that yellow type lense you see on alot of European cars..
