Default Project Mustang GT vs. Shelby GT500, Part 2

Here's part 2 of the edmunds.com comparison test. I love how they did the same suspension mods I have to that car and it pulls .96g in the corners. Not bad but someone please explain to me how they only got a 13.3 @ 108 1/4 mile time? I could most likely do that in my non supercharged car. It seems the dyno numbers are low for that vortech supercharger also.

In truth, I am not so sure why they chose vortec. I think a whipple or saleen would have proved to beef up the bottom end torque numbers.

They did say it was brutally hot. Don't know how much that would affect times though... somewhat for sure.
