My preferred brands of LCA are BMR or Spohn. They are basically identical. I suggest the combo type (rod end + poly). I think there is a group buy or some kind of discount going on right now for the Spohn parts. Read some recent threads and I'm sure you'll see something about it. (Sorry I don't know the details myself)

As for camber adjusters there are tons of options. Your local alignment shop should have some on hand. Failing that, BMR stocks camber bolts. You can also get camber plates from various vendors, though that is a more expensive route.

At the very least get some camber bolts for the front end alignment. The pinion angle maybe slightly off and this depends on how lowered you go . A adj. panhard bar is needed only if you want a perfecty centered rear axle. With a 1 inch drop or so, you should be able to get by with the camber bolts only.
