has anyone actually went for a state inpection with lm's on, specifically in mass and passed noise compliance. I would imagine they wouldnt pass and you would have to swap them out for the inspec

I am in NY but i have never heard of a noise compliance..Mine passed, but in Mass...????

In Virginia they only look for exhaust hole ect.. But the police have DB meters and can ticket for excesive noise, I know, I got one. Most states do have some laws although it's hard to enforce since it would require a device to detect noise levels.
