hey i was wondering if anyone has done the real hood pins? not the stick on ones cause i just cant find em anywhere? if possible could ya give me a part # or something? also how hard was the install? and how much did they cost? thanx!

 

There are a number of posts regarding hood pins including installation instructions. I am going to install a set from Jegs, approx $40.00 all hardware is stainless steel with landyards. You can get them off EBay but not sure of the quality. Autozone, Checkers also have them but not sure if they are stainless steel either.

You can pick them up anywhere, just make sure they are stainless steel.

 

they look great,did udrill the holes in the hood? or did u get it done somewhere

 

Thanks for the compliment......my wifes cousin owns a body shop and he installed them but I was there when he did it.

 

Here is a pic of mine... drilled by a buddy and myslef... cost was around $12 from a near by parts store... chrome... took about an hour to install.
