I don't understand this question at all!
Since when do car thieves PUSH cars??? Never happens!
They just use a slim jim, hot wire the car and drive it off!
If you're worried about your car being stolen get an alarm, a club or brake pedal lock, a cra cover with a lock, and chain it around the wheels to a pole or a tree!
Oh, and turn your front wheels all the way in either direction,as that will make more noise when they tow it out of there!

worried about car thieves? .......can anyone say lo jack

yeah, "determined" car thieves will get your car no matter what. You're no more or less at risk than anyone else (just based on what's here. You want more peace of mind....get yourself a lo-jack or similar as mentioned earlier. Still nothing is theftproof. and thus insurance was born......

LO-Jack is so 90's GPS is the way to go, you can track it yourself, most police forces have not kept up on there Lo-Jack leases, call yours & ask if they still have the equipment.

FYI - the e-brake isn't so strong... i was in my friends driveway on a hill... luckily i had the top down and was able to leap in and manually apply the brakes and hold the e-brake as i started rolling backwards.. now i park it in gear.. almost a costly lesson

Do you people read the owner's manuel?
Do you people have and pay for auto insurance?
Let them steal it and buy a new car

Put a brick behind your wheel. It will stop even the most determined thief...
Wait, maybe that will give them something to smash your window with???

The e-brake is plenty strong....many of us delt with the freezing e-brake cable this winter and we dragging the tire in some cases. It made it almost impossible to drive because of the restriction.

My driveway is on a slight incline too but I always put it in 1st gear with the E-brake when I park. If I'm not mistaken, when I had my '82 GT, the owners manual suggested to park it in Reverse.
