No, but some dealers will say they do. Many discussions on this topic. Use search for CAI and warranty.

 

Nothing voids a warranty. They may refuse to fix something if they can atribute it to a modification, but there is no such thing as a voided warranty.
If your FM radio breaks what could a CAI kit have to do with that?
However if you said your car was running rough, they definately would point to the CAI and say it was modified so they cant fix it.
