Can I buy a pre-assembled Roush Mustang that's built by Roush? Or I have to buy the Roush kits, and let the dealer assembles it?

Back in Dec. when I bought my Mustang, the dealer had 4 different Roush Mustangs for sell. Here's picture of one of them.....not sure if the orange one was a Roush;

The Orange is a ROUSH, the blue isn't

for me the dealer installed the supercharger , no problem they were Roush certified

A dealer can be certified Roush dealer, but that does not make the cars they build certified. The ones built by Roush in Livonia are numbered. A certified Roush dealer put my Roush s/c on too, as well as the Roush wheels, but my car is not a certified Roush, and I don't care.
