I just detailed the car yesterday, found a lot of nicks everywhere in the car. I also discovered a tiny dent near the gas cap cover. I don't know where it came from because I always pump my own gas... Only thing I can get is that some 4 door vehicle opened their door and lightly tapped it.
yea no dents on mine because of that, i take the corner parkins with most space, but i can be a jerk. i usually carry a cone with me, i park next to the edge and i put a cone in the parkin spot next to mine no door dingers near me!
Yeah, I park in Egypt and take up two spaces.

The paint on these cars are not great. I have notice bubbles and some runs with a drip here and there. It seems sometimesif I'm driving on the highway and a feather flies in front of me I'll have a new scratch. The paint seems to chip and scratch easily.

I got a lot of little dings and scratches. Especially on my passengers side rear quarter panel. I got rearended two years ago and the body shop "repaired" my quarter panel. Now it has littlle dings and wrinkles in it, in addition to an uneven coat of paint. My hood has a dent in it to from god knows where. Oh well, guess ill just wait until i buy a new hood anda ducktail spoiler and get the whole thing taken care of .

lol, well currently I am driving with a cracked windshield (to broke to get it fixed now lol)

On my front bumper i have a little half square shaped dent (bairly noticible) right at the tip of the car because I was on the freeway one time and accidently ran into someones tow hitch at about 1 mph. Oh, and one of my rear rims has been scratched because of rubbing against a curb.

my car is an extention of my klutzyness.

thats exactly what i have. its like they hammered it out, it looks ok, but then u look at it from an angle and its like all pockmarked? like all these tiny tiny dents and inflections in the surface, its not smooth?
take a pic.

Mine was special ordered and I picked it up the day the dealer got it (actually I was there when the truck arrived, see my photos).

Anyway, my hood has a few flaws. Very small dent on the front driver lip. Totally under the paint and I think it was dented before the paint and clear coat. If you look real close you can see what looks to have been a shipping label or adhesive from one on the hood close to the windshield. Smooth as glass and only noticeable at just the right angle.

I haven't found any other flaws and I have detailed it a few times. BTW, the hood doesn't bother me at all.[/align]

I have a few flaws in mine also, very small paint flaw on rear bumper, small problem under passenger side headlight, very small spot on drivers door jam where paint was lifted before clear coat. Body shop at dealership where I purchased does some of the crappiest work I've ever seen so I won't let them do it, if it bothers me enough (which it doesn't) I can just fix it myself when I do the stripes.

Mine at delivery we found a scratch under the paint on the rear bumper cover, it' like if someone had marked an arrow on the plastic and got painted over.

No way to take it off with buffing because it's under the paint and too deep, they offered me to repaint the whole bumper but I refused. I was affraid they would mess the whole bumper or having color matching issues...
