Yeah, I'd really like to have sirius or xm but I really hate those antennas; I dont care where located on the car. I'm hoping hd will do good and maybe I'll just upgrade the hu with an hd one.

But as far as Ford's location of the antenna goes, I guess that's as good a place to put it as any?

Yep, they put the antenna on my trunk lid. Someone on here said it looks like a terd on the back of our cars.

Thanks!! I have also seen pics of some guys that remove the rear deck panel, where mine is at, and there is actually a small "valley" center of the window closest to the truck lid. They actually put the antenna inside that "valley", replace the deck panel, and it is completely hidden. Works fine, from what I understand....

I don't think it looks TOO bad on the trunk, but it would be a lot better if they did put it inside in the factory.

It would be nicer if Ford could figure out a way to utilize the rear spoiler for both antennas, radio and sirius
