The Escort Passport GT2 is another option. The times are within .10 and the mph are off about 2-3mph. Less $ option.

So how do these things work? Do you just plug it into your cigarette lighter adapter? And does it do lap times?

I might be willing to part with mine if the price is right. It works great, it's just that the novelty wore off. It's a Gtech pro RR and has been used maybe 5 times. I purchased it last summer for $270.
How much total?

Or make offer.

I have to think about it. I might do like you and not use it. Do you have a PayPal account?

I have one too, the RR version. It is a nice toy. But to be honest I have used it twice or so. I toyed around with selling it. Maybe if I do not use it this summer I will part with mine too.

It presents several problems.

1) You need a perfectly flat section of ground.
2) you have to come to a complete stop.
3) I can imagine being pulled over. And the cop seeing this thing suction cupped to the windshield, and having a whole lot of mercy.

I think we do. I need to check with my office manager (wife). Are you still interested?

I just looked at the G-Tech website and compared the two versions. I would be better off with the SS version. Its only 199.99 NEW, with a warrenty and I don't need any of the RR's extra features. The software is PC compatible only and I'm a Mac guy.

Thanks anyway.
