They replaced the 1/4 window, but the louvers come with new glass from my understanding.

the glass would be then on the inside or outside, cuz from the pictures i cant tell

They replace the glass. You can have them mask off the vertical pieces so you can have some vision out them.

Got mine a few days ago.

Love the black ones on yellow!

No glass, you take the window out and replace it with the louvers. These ABS plastic louvers are actually stronger than the glass. I love the way they look and am planning on buying them soon. I might have to consider doing them black also, looks good

Nice job. First set I have seen done in black accent. Goes nice with the take off spoiler....I would love to see some full car pics......

So what is on the other end of the inside of the louvers? Clear Plastic? I Mean I know air just doesn't rush in the car all day right?

Its a solid piece of plastic that replaces the stock glass. Think of it as a plastic window with indentations... which I guess thats what it is. It gets sealed into the hole where the stock glass sits now and it ends up being flush and sealed tight just like the glass.
