I have mine on the radiator cover. Can't see if until hood is opened.
No real reason for it, but oh well
Have the SCT, Green Filter and a Mobil 1 decal there. That is my little collection.

 

Mine's on the small step down area of the Plenum Cover, (Midwest Auto Gear) just above the throttle body.....

Just my opinion but,

Would you draw a mustache on the Mona Lisa, would you slap an In and Out Burger sticker on the American Gothic, The answer is no. I think of my car as a piece of art and it doesn't need crap like that to make it look good. It just makes it look cheap.
I am for any mod anyone wants to do but as far as stickers you will never see one on the outside of my car. No window stckers and damn sure no bumper stickers.
If you are going to slap a sticker somewhere you could put it in the door jam, the trunk, the inside of you windows (if you have scoops or louvers) or under the hood.
Like i said its my opinion so do what you want.

 

The only place I would put that badge if I was going to put it on the car is on the ECU. I think it's fitting since your computer is programed by SCT.
