Lol ok i'll be the one to help you out.... Believe it or not autozone or Pepboys or any other car parts store like that have like a neon / l.e.d. appearance section... basically you can find everything you need right there... They that strobes and different lights that move to the bass of your music all you have to do is find a place for them and plug them into your cigarette lighter... If you cant find the ones that move to the music you can buy the other lights that they have and then get an adapter to plug them into that pulsates the lights to the music in the car...
Hope that helps...

Though I think it's a little wierd and a little retarded, since I know the answer I will help you out.
You need to buy a Laser Box, they sell them at Spencers in the mall, the last one that I bought (NOT FOR THE CAR) was $39 it required 4 C batteries to run and also has a built in mic for the music sync. It appears to be a really big box that it comes in, but if you take it apart, you will see that's its mearly a small 2 inch circuit board and a couple small motors that make it work and wouldn't be hard to fabricate something from there. Good Luck...
That's about all the advice I can give ya though.
