so today after school i was pulling out and i knew it was noticable harder to turn and whenever i was stopped it barely would turn (usually it wold turn halfway)

i then shortly pulled in to wal-mart parking lot to see if my power steering fluid was low and everything was fine...and when i get up to speed it turns fine???

is this my power steering pump that has went bad and if it is how long will it take for the dealership to fix???
