i'd rather have all 3000 of my songs at once without having to change cds.

Also, the it is rediculously easy to install the adapter and if you run it through the center console you can't even see the wire.

Don't have this yet, but plan on getting one: http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProdu...duct_Id=149006
I would strongly advise you against getting that belkin unit. I had one for a while and I got nothing but line noise from it. They run the power and audio lines in the same insulation bundle and there was massive amounts of interference and hiss. I got fed up and bought one of these and it works great:

I've got a deal called iSimple from Peripheral Electronics I bought from Best Buy a few months ago. Model was ISFD71. This provides a direct connection to the radio and allows for most iPod fucntions to be accessed from the radio buttons instead of looking at the iPod. Cost me $150.00. Hasn't failed me yet.
I used this as well! Heres the Link: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1153337432303

I love mine! It hooks in through the AUX button via new wiring harness. All the controls are through the Shaker. I plug the iPod in, put it in the center console, and forget it. It charges the iPod as well.

Good luck
Is this unit compatible with the 07 mustangs. Best Buys site only says 05-06...

Not sure. Iwould think so. It might just be because the 07 weren't out yet when this was printed.

Exactly, you may want to check in the armrest. I think I heard that the iPod connection was in there on the '07 model. Check the manual as well.

Good Luck

When I was looking for my iPod connector I went to a Ford dealer and asked about one that would wire directly to my radio. Ford told me one was sold at one point, but was shortly discontinued. They replaced it with an FM transmitter located in the armrest compartment. I asked him why do a wireless transmission since a direct connection was so much better, but Ford wanted to transmitter because if it were connected directly you could not put satalite radio in at the same time.
