Not for nothing, but my opinion on this is that if you are worried about keeping your factory warranty doing any type of f/i is just not for you. Basically once you put a sc, turbo, spray....ect. You are going to run into problems with your warranty whether you have an agreement of not. Basically if you want to go the heavy modding route just forget about your "engine" warranty. Obvously if your radio breaks its going to be fixed, but if you blow a hole through your lower internals dont expect a new engine.
