Default Need Rubbers

Since the addition of the S/C my first gear has been useles from a dig, all spin and go. I finally got down installing my LCAS and relocations brackets and decide to see if there is anymore grip provided. So I line up on a deserted road, turn of traction control and o/d, and jsut floor it. Made lots of noise and smoke but no hook. So now my tires look like the are melting.

Anyone know of a set of tires for 20" rims that get decent grip, i know nitto is working on a drag radial, but whats the next best thing to tide me over?

Didn't we just go over this????

Refer to your previous thread on the same topic.....

A big chunk of your problem is those 20's. I hate to tell you, but they are hurting your traction.....

I know I forget a lot of things after around 4 days or so, but... [sm=chattypair.gif]maybe a little too much of[sm=alcoholic.gif]
+1 on the sidewalls. Big wheels are good for show but sidewall is for go. [sm=gears.gif]

Yas i know I started that thread but you took it completely off my point. I have 20s, im keeping the 20s, my question is whats the best tire for my 20s. I e-mailed Nitto they said a 20" drag radial is in the works, but for now Im looking for something to tide me over.

Hm. Don't have any tire info to offer but, on a side-subject, I guess, do you still have your stock 17" or 18" wheels? If so, maybe wrapping some better rubber around those until Nitto has something for your 20's? Just a thought.

Ive got the stock bullets that i will throw some radials or slicks on if I ever take it to the track. But this is 99.9% a street machine. I'm just looking for the best I can get with what I have. Im not changing my wheels, im looking for tires.
